  • Yes we set up and tear down all tents and bounce houses.

  • Just a source of power, we provide the first 100 feet of extension cord. If more is needed its $20 per 50 foot cord and WE must supply them as they need to be a heavier gauge extension cord then most common household extension cords.

     

  • NO! With our many years of experience we can point you in the right direction as far as what equipment you will need to best suit your needs for your event. It is helpful to know the size area where you want to put your tent or inflatable.

  • :Yes we have Tents and the proper equipment to even set up inflatables on these surfaces.

  • This is all subjective as far as the day of your event, along with the weather, and our delivery route for the week. For larger events such as weddings on a saturday or sunday we try to set up on thursdays. For inflatables we typically drop off first thing in the morning and pick up later in the evening same day but that will be discussed with customers the week of.

  • Please make sure dog waste is picked up before we arrive, and mow grass 2-3 days before delivery rather than the day before so any grass clippings have time to burn up.

  • Yes before Twin Tiers Tents begins set up we will ask you to sign a rental agreement/ damage waiver, along with a release of liability waiver.
